Personally I find the shift from a company focused economy to a customer focused economy exhilarating.  Our country was founded on the principles of the best company wins.  To some degree that is still true, but it doesn’t drive new business today.  It’s all about ME,WE and US!  No it isn’t!

It’s about you, the customer.

Not only is it about Your Experience as a client with The Business Source, it’s about your customers experience with your company, your sales people, your sales process and most important your deliverable.

What did they buy from you and why?  Did you exceed their expectations in a way that they’ll tell their friends what an incredibly great company you have and how wonderful your people are?

One of my mentors drilled into me, “if you’re going to sell the best sales training in the world, then you better be the best sales person in the world”.  Be a product of your product.  Show your customers that you mean it!

You’ll find us extremely authentic and transparent.  We’ve been in the trenches, run businesses and know how hard it is to run a company, much less increase sales.  It’s not easy.  The process can be clear, but how can you get it done?

We’ll match our ability to uncover, understand, and recommend with your ability to believe, accept and implement what’s required within your existing culture, while we work towards implementing the best solutions for you, your staff and your customers.  If we’re not in alignment with your business model, how can we sustain what’s necessary to impact positive change?
