Stages of E-Commerce

  1. Finding – The shopper can’t find the right are of the site where the product is described.
  2. Selection – You aren’t giving the shopper enough information to select the right product.  They can’t tell the difference between offerings.
  3. Deciding – The shopper can’t tell if the selected product is going to meet their needs or desires.
  4. Carting – Shopper doesn’t know how to tell you they are interested in purchasing your product.
  5. Checkout – Process
  6. Fulfillment – Delivery or return.
